About us

John & Friends is a band formed of founding members John, Tim, and Stephanie as well as a variety of other musical friends that join them along the way. The band is based in the Northwest Chicago suburbs and currently performs at farmers markets, coffee shops, block parties, and more. Their music is rooted in songs with a good story including original music and cover songs. Moving between intimate moments and familiar, communal energy, John & Friends offers a welcoming soundscape for wandering, gathering, and lingering a little longer.
